i heart crafts bazaar and other news
This Sunday September 28th, I will have a table at the *I Heart Crafts* Bazaar, a craft fair held from 11 am to 6 pm in Strathcona, at the Ukrainian Cultural Center, 805 East Pender St. Vancouver. I had a table at the last fair, but had a friend take care of my table since I was home sick with a cold. This time, I will be there. I will also be on my own since my husband will be working, so if you are in Vancouver, please drop by and say hello! What will I be selling? My own illustrated note cards, including my latest design featured below (along with a few brand new food-related Christmas cards).
If this illustration looks familiar to you, I drew it after creating this vegan cookie recipe from my blog. If you aren't in Vancouver and would like to purchase my cards, I've got an etsy shop here. So come on by, online or in person and take a peek at my wares!
In other food blog news, a reader of ELS, Andrea, was featured yesterday on CBC Radio Ottawa talking about my beet greens & fried potatoes topped with a poached egg recipe that I posted a couple of weeks ago. You can listen in here. Thanks Andrea!
